Right tread for the right application
- TYRESOLES has three basic versions of treads — Premium, Standard and High Speed. Tyresoles uses its own branded treads meeting the utmost quality standards.
- These treads both Precured (PCP) and Conventional (Hot) are manufactured at the state-of-the-art production set up situated at various locations at Belgaum, Bangalore, Mangalore and Goa.
- Manufacturing of the above treads are being outsourced to the experts in the field under the direct supervision of Tyresoles technical staff who will have a direct control over formulations and patterns.
- While Tyresoles has its in-house testing facility at Belgaum for testing shore A hardness and Tear strength; other technical parameters such as specific gravity, abrasion, elongation, etc. are being tested at reputed external laboratories such as NOCIL & IRMRA, Mumbai.
- The treads of each batches are tested on random sampling basis at regular intervals. Our standard treads meet the following technical parameters.
