These tyre recycling plants account for an installed capacity of retreading 3,00,000 tyres per annum. These manufacturing facilities are equipped with cutting-edge technologies that are designed to retread bias-ply tyres and radial tyres through the conventional as well as the pre-cured processes.

Our tyre retreading company includes 500 highly trained professionals that are experienced enough to deliver quality jobs in the quickest possible time in a practised and methodical manner.

We have introduced the Rema Tip Top System to our tyre repair service to repair tubeless radial tyres. The after-effect of this addition to our services resulted in customers putting many tubeless tyres back in service after repairs, instead of scrapping them. In addition to this, we also offer super-speciality tread patterns for radials to improve road performance, mileage and economy which ultimately leads to huge cost savings for customers. We have also introduced customised rubber compounds for treads into our tyre retreading process. Now customers can customise their tire treads depending on the nature of usage and the type of terrain the vehicle usually encounters.
